The festival is bringing the authentic flavours of Kolhapur to Goa with a perfect blend of spices and tantalizing aromas, which will have the ability to transport you away into a different world. Chef Jerson Fernandes the executive chef who recently visited Kolhapur to learn more not just about the flavors and textures but also about the local traditions, customs and culture along with Master chef – Dev Kasalkar from Kolhapur who would be spear heading this festival, MH-09.

For lovers of non-vegetarian food, the array of delicacies includes the most popular TabmbadaRassa and PandhraRassa whose richness and subtlety are closely interwoven. The wide variety in the menu will make gourmands spoilt for choice as one can indulge in an extravagant spread of the Kolhapuri Mutton Sukka, Rakti Mundi, KolhapuriTecha, Mutton Golya Chi Biryani, Kolhapuri Wada Kombda and Kolhapuri Missal Pav.
