February 2020 :

India has a rich cultural heritage where food has played an important role. Over the time, with fusion food becoming fashionable, many recipes have become unavailable to us. All the dishes served during this festival have an element of nostalgia and some interesting stories attached to them. Chef Qureshi will be happy to share them with the guests along with his delicious creations.
