January 2020: The Anglo-Indian cuisine is popular in many parts of the country. During the Raaj, the British started borrowing Indian dishes and this ended up creating this delightful cuisine. The khansaamas from that time started using Indian condiments to spruce up traditional British recipes.

The Anglo-Indian community in India has proudly preserved their cuisine and the chefs at Sheraton Grand Pune will be taking inspiration from their recipes and try to recreate them.
