The event will be a food & wine pairing masterclass led by our in-house magician of Italian flavours Chef Massimo Verzini and the matchmaker everything food & wine, Gregoire Verdin (also the brand ambassador of Sula Vineyards).

It’s a chance to experience the best signature dishes prepared by the Chef Massimo Verzini paired with the best wines. The menu will be some of the Verzini’s signature dishes like Stracciatella e Esparagi (Stracciatella Cheese, Yolk Sauce, Green Asparagus, Dry Kalamata Olive), Tortelli Ripieni Di Tomino (Tortelli Stuffed With Tomino Cheese, Smoked Potato Purea, Balsamic Glaze, Almond, Rocket), Spugnole Ripiene di Scarmoza, Funghi e Salsa al Fromaggio (Morels Stuffed With Scamorza, Mushroom Puree, Tomato Concasse’). To indulge your sweet-tooth we have Mousse al Cioccolato Fondente, frutti di bosco (74% Dark Choco Mousse, Blueberry Cremeux, Wild Berry Jelly)

This delicious Italian food will be paired with some of the choicest wines by Sula.
