Mexican cuisine has an amalgamation of flavors which when experienced can become an absolute favorite. This February, Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences will host the talented Chef Tania De La Torre Tovar who is going to bring to you diverse, rich, and enchanting mix of flavors, textures, and colors of the Mexican Cuisine.

Hailing from the heart of Latin America, Chef Tania is delighted to present the authentic flavors at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences this February. Her knowledge and passion for the cuisine comes live through her cooking as you savor every dish at the table. While we’ve all gorged on copious amounts of Nachos, Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Burritos, etc. it’s time you delve in to traditional delights of the Mexican cuisine as Chef Tania curates a special menu of scrumptious dishes during the Mexican Festival at the hotel.

Chef Tania’s extravagant menu will include preparations such as Tacos de lechon/ pork tacos, Barbacoa de cordero y esquites/ Barbacoa style lamb and corn esquites, chiles en nogada/ Poblano stuffed pepper with walnut sauce, etc. for you to relish up on.
