This special Anniversary Brunch will set one on a culinary journey down memory lane as patrons will get to taste the best of the past 4 years.
The culinary experts at Conrad Pune spearheaded by Sidney Dcunha, Executive Chef at Conrad Pune are all set to present a lavish spread of the finest F&B offerings Conrad Pune is known and loved for. This grand Anniversary Brunch will feature guest’s favorites from all the best culinary pop-ups and food festivals hosted at the various restaurants at the hotel in the past 4 glorious years. Highlights of the menu include, Baked Black Kulcha, Batata Wada Bao, Steam Black Dhokla from the Culinary Turns Black festival; Thepla Tacos, Mango Chili Ravioli, Manchurian Pops and Spanish Patata Bravas from the Ten Chefs Ten plates promotion; Rampuri Tar Korma from the Rampuri Food Festival; Vietnamese Pho from the Vietnamese Food Festival; Dal Baati churma, laal maas , Jodhpuri Aloo and Khub Bhalo from the Rajasthan Food festival; Shawarma & mezze from Arabian Nights pop-up; to name a few. The brunch will also feature an elaborate Grills Counter with lamb, chicken, prawns, fish and exotic vegetables to choose from.
That’s not all, guests and patrons can end their meal on a sweet note by choosing from a wide selection of mouthwatering desserts from Pune Sugar Box artistically prepared by the Executive Pastry Chef, Joginder Singh.
